Leading auto maufacturer General Motors has launched its most awaited premium sedan model Chevrolet Cruze in Indian market. The company set Chevrolet Cruze price in the range of Rs 10.99 lacs to Rs 12.45 lacs (as ex-showroom prices in New Delhi) to compete with the other D-segment cars. Chevrolet Cruze is the first global vehicle that General Motors has launched in Indian auto market. Chevrolet Cruze is developed by global designers and engineers team of General Motors and manufactured at multiple locations around the world. Chevrolet Cruze has been launched in Indian market with the 2.0L litre diesel engine that delivers high engine performance with excellent mileage as company claims that it would give a mileage of 18.3 kilometre per litre, according to the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) standards. General Motors has launched two different variants of Chevrolet Cruze but both of those variants will be powered by the same 2.0L diesel engine. Chevrolet Cruze is a premium D segment sedan model and it has been receiving rave reviews since its recent debut in some other markets.
BMW has also launched its awaited two-seater sports car BMW Z4 in Indian market. The BMW Z4 Roadster is launched with hefty price tag of Rs 59 lacs (as ex-showroom prices in New Delhi) Maruti is also going to launch newer version of Maruti SX4 with automatic transimission option.
